Fishery Report: Wyreside Lakes, Monday 13th March 2006

Sally Hughes contacted NWC to report some excellent catches at Wyreside Lakes Fishery over the last week; and that’s despite blizzard conditions! Sunny 1 produced the goods with carp of 25lb and 27lb. Not to be outdone, the River Lake also produced some cracking fish with one angler taking no less than six fish in a 24hr session! The fish weighed in at; 13lb, 14lb, 16lb, 17lb, 20lb ; topped by a 25lb specimen! Images to follow.
