LOOKING GOOD FOR WINTER

Britain is heading for another mild and damp winter, forecasters are predicting.

Temperatures are likely to be above the national average of 3.7C, according to the latest long-range weather forecasts for December, January and February.
Long-range forecasts can only give an indication of what is to come.
An update released by the Met Office predicts that "for the UK as a whole, winter-mean temperatures are more likely to be above normal".
However, it will still be colder than last year, which was the second mildest winter since national records began.
Winter rainfall is likely to be near, or above, the average level.
The last really cold winter the UK had was in 1995/96.
Sky News weather forecaster Francis Wilson says: "This weekend looks pretty chilly.
"After a freezing cold start in England, the dazzling morning will turn into a raw, wet, filthy day.
