Cool Today

well today the weather is absolutely FOUL a cold/cool wind driving even colder rain all the time dont hold much hope for this weekend with all the fresh cold water however someone may catch a shedfull theres nowt like carp for proving me wrong tight lines and good luck to all who brave it this weekend

its meant to be snowing round capesthorne on sunday

ruddy hell ..................we dont get snow here (very rarely) but we got 2 inches at least ! ! !

saw the countryfile forecast for the week ahead before, not impressed with this weeks weather, we're getting high pressure and cold northerly winds with more snow towards the end of the week

Looks like end of March before it starts to warm up. Long range forcast for week is cold and wet - looks to be similiar for following week.

went top pool today. the weather was horrid with there being a very cold strong wind. with a lot of haily snow to. we had no chance of a fish

Had a weekend on capes. It was bloody freezing, especially today!!!

I think i saw garethh and rambo at capesthorne on sunday. I was the one sneaking around with my stalking rod

Yeh good idea that, only other anglers will think we are mad! How did you get on at capesthorne, i gave up because i couldnt see anything. Was it you that was baiting up on saturday off the rhodys only to come the next morning with the ducks eating all your bait.

I was on the top pool aswell. Needless to say i spent most of the day walking around trying to warm myself up and the only thing i caught was a cold!
