I think Fallows was joking mate

you want to get in either stoke, lymm? or warrington? possibly for starters. get your name down for the pa but don't expect some wonder club when you do get in. same as any other club just with a waiting list

It seems to me, that every club has traffic wardens for bailiffs

Not necessarily true i admit 1 or 2 may go the wrong way but most bailiffs are perfectly normal everyday anglers i can think of one .
He simply comes round checks your ticket and should there be a bit of litter on the floor he just says .

" Your swims a bit untidy mate but im sure by the time i have walked around the lake the tidy up Pixies will have come and it will all be a picture of neatness "

Don't tar everone with the same brush
