Patshull Church pool - take you about 1 and a quarter/half hours from Manchester depending on traffic. It's in Pattingham, near Wolverhampton.

Depends what you want from a water pal, SOTAS is a club as you know, it doesn' have the intamacy of a good syndicate. However, as you say it's cheaper and has plenty of good waters to go at.

Theres a big difference between a club and a syndicate

I know there is sausage but the guy said hes fishing day tickets and it seems like one small step for a pro angler and a giant leap for a guy fishing daytickets to a syndicate...

But i spose at a syndicate you won't have a dodgy brummy with a little ankle biter by his side

I dont think you will find a syndicate around here mate with out a long waiting list.

Get your name down on wyreside mate you may have a chance for next year

There are afew more but i cant disclose any information you know how it is!

Good Luck on finding one mate

Think you would be best of with SOTAS to be honest
Top club, Top anglers, Top Waters, Top Fish
What more could you want

Ye think your right guys! Been looking into Sotas but many of the waters you can only day fish which could be a problem. How busy do the waters get at the weekend? cheers jason

Jason matey i think you will find you can night fish the majority if not all the waters you are looking for with 20's and 30's (apart from night fishing capeshthorne main lake)
SOTAS would be ideal especially with it being a short hop down the A34 to the prime carp locations.

as for making the step from day ticket to syndicate.. why is there a stigma attached to syndicates being proper difficult big fish waters? not the case.. do what your comfortable with, research your waters well and if need be join a reputabel club that can accomodate your needs

Exactly mate, sometimes the only difficult thing about syndicates is gettin' in 'em
