Link to Post - Back to Top 80.5.160.6 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- marker NMFF Super Poster i thought we failed badger, we didn't quite know what to expect regarding numbers of fish but we were expecting to see more than one between us and maybe a few other people land fish whilst we looked on Link to Post - Back to Top 80.5.160.6 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- realtree NMFF Super Poster no m8, i will give it a go

One take in 6 months ... you want to take up golf brother ! If you go down there, speak to Tetley Pete's brother and ask him how to catch them ... it only took him 15 minutes on his first session to put a 27lb 4 on the bank
P.S the guy in the 106 is Squidda ( not sure if he posts on here ). |

But how long did he then go for his next take. Some people the lake is very kind to for their first trip of two, then the blanks build up....and up....and up.
First trip, first fish in 15mins, fair to say the fish caught him, if however he banked half a dozen in say his next 10 trip then fair play he's got it sussed.......but i doubt it

Petty Pool, now theres a good one.I can remember no fishing at night but the baliffs did, when we all went home.Baliff rotas so you could never get on some pegs.Bait boats going out so far you couldnt see them.Anglers illegally fishing the far bank and to top it off, come back to your car damaged and broken in to.Two sessions on there was enough for me.Two coots caught by the way.

All that's gone now mate.Petty is a really sound place to fish, with a good group of regular lads ( who won't, despite the rumours scare you off the place ) and some stunning fish ( that are not that hard to catch IF you can get on them !!! ). |
