Default rixton clay pits

hi all (rixton clay pits)
has anybody fished here over the winter? whats the best tactics?
is this an easy or hard water?
i have fished this place today and it was lifeless, just didnt know what to do for the best.

most of the time it is very life less until the bream and tench start biting but its really hard for carp m8 if its what your going for; chocka with noddys and kids like mist on the weekend

Keep fishing it wayne

it will come together eventually mate

the weather is turning now and the fish all over the country dont know what to do its warm 1 minute and freezing cold the next
