Default Day Ticket - Again!!

I know this is a regular topic but I could do with some specific help please?
I am looking to take a work colleague out for a night on the bank, he is a decent match angler and I am suggesting he might find carp fishing a little more relaxing! Not having fished a day ticket venue for a number of years I am looking for;

1 - A reasonable head of carp, dont have to be massive, up to 20's maybe
2 - Not a muddy puddle
3 - Not full of dillips in orange tents (you know what I mean)
4 - No ridiculous rules

Does such a day ticket venue exist?

I am based in Wilmslow, he is in Preston, any suggestions?

Cheers.

yeh i have thanks, twice and i have never seen many noddy's on there. You get the odd one but they arn't doing any harm are they.. they have to learn at some stage! Its not a bad place at all.. there are some good fish in lake 6 upto 25lb and its not heavily fished. If he doesnt want to fish there he doesnt have to, its entirely just my opinion. Seeing as you dident suggest anything you cant really say much can you..?

Callum...

Think you'll struggle to find a water meeting those requirments mate. If you can day ticket a water, you'll usually find begginners learning their trade and on many occasions stupid rules.
If no-one can come up with any other venue's, I'd consider Moreton Main Lake. Its an easy water in good surroundings with some stunning fish in it. It is prone to 'dillips in orange tents' on occasion but certain pegs control their own water so you can get away from them. There is a few rules that cause some people problems (eg. barbless hooks) but nothing too major. Thats the closest i can get to your requirments.
