Question Trafford Ecology Park Lake

Has anybody fished the Ecology Park Lake in Trafford Park? I believe it is on the Altrincham Anglers ticket. Just wondered what was in there and also what rules apply, baits/night fishing etc,due to the ecology status.

I have fished it a few times, its a cracking little water for the pleasure angler, rammed full of Rudd, Roach, skimmers, tench and alot of crucians, but getting onto them isnt easy due to the other species being greedy gits, but they are in there.
