Capesthorne lower pool

Been meaning to post this for a while but never got round it. On one of my sessions during the winter i saw anglers fishing the pool below the garden pool. Does anyone know anything about fishing in this pool? Is it private or do another club have fishing rights to it?

Hi Mate it's a syndacate water, will try and dig out the archive - if we have one!

i've spoke to a few lads off there, apparantly there are one or two fish that can do 30. approx 35 fish in the lake. Looks nice though. I believe the waiting list is a long one!

It looks a gorgeous little shallow lake, i would love to fish it. Wonder if its as difficult as top pool.

I wouldn't have thought so with the amount of fish to the the size of the water but you never know. I had a quick sneak around it last time i was on capesthorne and saw a few fish.

Those little huts are amazing although i would envisage that they would be full of spiders in the summer months, and i wouldn't be wanting that
