Default Favorite Places to Fish

What is your favourite place to spend a long quite weekend or perhaps to get away for a week or two or just somewhere to slip off for a short day session and why ?

Mine had to be Redmire. fished there last year. just being there was good enough for me . Standing on the dam wall and looking down the lake thinking about all the memories from the past and the famous fisherman what have graced the banks of this incredible little pool. A memory that i will never forget. Hopefully though will be on the banks again soon.

Island fisheries on the isle of wight, i caught my first carp there then returned the year later to take my first double. Its a really pretty place, only about an acre and a half but the fish in there are superb. Trully magical memories
