Default Fishing in Lancaster Area

How Do people.
My first post here so please be kind!

Me And my fishing mate have both got the same time off work 14th - 23rd April. We have only been fishing over a year and have been down to Cornwall a couple of times to a venue called White Acres (Very smart place, well worth the travel but can only use one rod unless your on the Speci lakes). This break we are gonna stay in the north west area based in Lancaster. Was just wondering if any of you know of any top venues were we can go day ticketing and the odd night fishing for carp monsters. We go to Littledale, The Villas and Borrick. These venues are wicked but only seem to produce carp to about 15lbs.

Any help would be great.

Many Thanks

Tight Lines

Nick

Selby
Wyreside (Very close to Lancaster)
Highfields (Polton le Filds) spelling
Newhay (Near Selby)

All have 30's

Is Sally Walch's dam on a day ticket? I think it might be. Theres BIG fish in there.

I'm sure a few more will come to me in a bit but its a little early!

Welcome to the Forum by the way
