Does anyone still fish off the top, using jif lemons as a controller at Sale Water Park these days? That was all the rage when I used to fish it, until some muppet cast over the power lines with one!!

Had my first Grass carp out of there on floaters ...... Not forgetting the big yellow controller.

Yeah, right out front of the ski ramp... there's where we chucked our lemons!! Had my one and only English grass carp off the top that way too!! We used to hammer the rest of 'em on peanuts, loads of fish between 6-10 lb!!!

Just up from Deckers (on the right side I think) was where the power line incident was..... everyone got asked to leave after that, because the lemon was hanging off the line and just touching the water, the fear was the electricity transferring down into the water too!

Me and a couple of lads stayed on though!!
