Hi guys, been talking to a guy who fishes here, hes not a carp fishermen so he didnt know much about the sizes and that but he did say there was a specimen lake. Anyone got any info on the place and would you suggest giving it a go or not???

it's a small tea coloured puddle in a field about 1\2 acre in size pal,
i fished it a couple of times a few years back with my mate ant his son,
it's good place to take kids for a safe night venue, that's why we fished it.
from what i could see it was hardly ever fished, there were fish upto 28 in there, it's fairly easy pal, we got among the gud un's in our first session.
we only did another after that a year later, his fish had spawned and the specimin lake was now full of hungry little 1lb carp,
in total pal, it's a small runs water packed with simmo's good safe place to introduce kids to night fishin

it's def worth a go for a giggle mate! there's some good fish in there as well, the bloke who own's it's realy friendly and the facilities are good!, oh.......and there's a good offy a mile away in alsager

hey guy barry is the guy who runs home farm hes a mate of mine if you want his number just ask ....not my type a place but carp to 26lb few 20s an cats to 29lb ..that came out a few weeks back ..also u can hire huts foe a tenner between 2 of you ..lol lol

I'm coming from M6 manchester and off at Holmes Chapel, through Alsager.
Not so sure coming from Stoke but it's off the Crewe Road on Hall Drive.

I'll be there till 12 ish probalby freezing my tads off so say hello and I'll tell you all about what I haven't caught ha!

It is a small place mate, a bit like someone's garden pond. I haven't fished it for a couple of years, but I've had some good fish from there up to 23lb.
