even though the mutant simmo's will be hunting down the bags of pellets and crawling out the lake into your bags for a feed.. 2 rod each should be enough

bait boats?? i would watch out for A.B.B.A (Anti Bait Boat Association) they will hunt you down and sink the SS Pellet dropper hahhahah

Im thinking of taking a float rod with me for a bit of snotty bashing in the day, theres a few bream in there so im told, might be a bit of fun, not to mention the endless drinking that sounds as if it will be going on. Think 2 rods each is a better idea than everyone piling in 3 but thats just my thought - worked on the pads didnt it chesh

Not overally bothered though as its all about the social, although i have a tendancy to be easily distracted from social goings on by the prospect of fish

Same here mate, 2 rods for me. Cant be bothered to buy another rod licence anyway for the sake of using 3 rods once all season!!! Each to their own though but im using 2.

Does anyone know if the lake is very weedy? If so, what type of weed shall we be expecting to fish in?

The count down is on fellas, less than 2 weeks to go Whats everyone doing food wise? I'm thinking along the lines of some of them dissposable BBQ's and just taking burgers and stuff. As for fishy food, a bucket of hemp and a bucket of hallibuts, mmmmmmm yummy
