Default trout lake?
anyone know what the lake behind churchills paints is called?quite a big lake,looks very pikey,been told its a trout syndicate.its on the opposite side of the road to boundry hidden behind the trees on the road to goostry.there is phone no.on a sign but thought i,d see if anyone knows anything about it?????

I don't think anyone fishes it.
I think it was up for sale about 3 years ago, and if I'm not mistaken, a well known angling society from the Sandbach area wasn't interested.

There is a trout lake as you describe about 3/4 of a mile North-East of it. See google earth.

Think youll find it is fished by men in boats swishing bits of fluff about and it is very private.
