leigh AA, 13 quid per rod a year (maximum of 2) you can get cards from leigh tackle n bait, leigh road, leigh.

was chatting with someone on here earlier whos fished it and he said 4 rods were allowed

iv never seen a baliff in 15 years of fishing it.

goin on there for weekend tommorow. i'll be after the pike though.

Ive been around it a few times (rumours of a baliff were told to scare the youngsters),
Ive chatted to the rangers and theyve never seen 1 too.
Though i did see a guy with 6 rods (YES 6 )
Its a monster of a water to get your bonce round,
a boat with depth/feature finder is defo needed (a perry class destroyer would be ok)
Local living another priority (or close working as a prebaiting session of massive quantitys would be needed to create my own hotspots, in my mind to give me a bit of confidence to attempt to attack the place,) and a
forty+ mile round trip each time just to bait puts me off ,as ive never seen a carp in the water for any other signs of location.
car parkings a bitch, pay and display or so far away its a long walk.

been for a walk round today with my mate,awesome bit of water,a lot of it unfishable,due to out of bounds areas and the pegs you can fish you cant really bivvy up on,theres a few tho,only 1 guy fishing he had 4 rods out,hes done 10 nights for no fish yet.the farmers field looks ok,he said you can pay the farmer to fish from his land.
