threatened them with the forum and finally, after 3 unanswered emails i finally got this reply
Craig,

We do have a bailiff on the lake at night and he sets his bivvy up normally on any free peg. Customers always have priority on any lake, if you had mentioned to one of us that you wished to fish that swin then we would have moved the bivvy off the swim for you. This complex does not tend to be peggy, meaning it is not normally just a couple of pegs that tend to fish better than others. If there were fish in his swim then it was probably due to pre-baiting which tends to work well here.

Please dont hesitate to talk to us should you ever have problems again.

Best regards

if only we`d known eh?we obviously only realised it was someone out the tackle shop when he came to fish as we were leaving.also as mentioned it was 2 bivvy not one.....never mind won`t waste the fuel again and wouldn`t advise anyone else to either.rant over now lol
