Default Bolesworth castle

Alrite everyone

I am thinking of getting a membership with SOTAS, my nearest water is bolesworth caste so has anyone got any information about the place and is it worth me getting a membership as that is the only place i will be able to fish untill i can drive as the other waters are to far away for me parents to take me.

any information would be great.

George!!

Default bolesworth

hi matey
what a place
its stunning looking loads of fish
just take your time have a good look round
its not that hard to find feeding fish
i always fish under my toes with hemp on the bottom and a small amount of corn mixed in with it and then a sweet 10mm bait, mainline pineapple duz the trick for me mate, took a load of fish last year on that method
fake corn poped up around 2inch of the bottom also acounted for a lot of kippers to,,but mr bream will turn up
will fish better once all the chavs have gone home as soon as it goes quiet sit on top of your rods and have fun

Sorry George to night fish you will have to join as a senior member see below:

5. Juvenile members under the age of 14 years are only allowed to fish when accompanied by an adult. Juvenile members are only allowed to night fish if they are accompanied by a member who is their parent/legal guardian or by a member over the age of 18 years who holds in loco parentis responsibility for them during their stay on the water; the member must fish the adjacent swim. A person must be a minimum of 12 years of age on the 1st January to be a Juvenile member and must be 16 to become a senior member.
