Hope someone can help .Is gawsworth hall and gawsworth fisheries 2 different places been to gawsworth fisheries but im a bit confused cos a also heard of gawsworth hall .Thinking of going to gawsworth hall 2moz if there is such a place .If theere is a gawsworth hall has any one got any adress info or telephone number cheers guys

Gawsworth Hall & Gawsworth Fisheries are two different things. The fishery is owned by a farmer who owns most of the land around the hall (but not the hall itself).

Gawsworth Fisheries is set in a scenic location in the beautiful village of Gawsworth, comprising of three well established Pools. Now has a 46 peg match canal & Spring Pool, both well stocked with plenty of fish.
Day Ticket Coarse Pools

* Wall Pool. - A two acre pool for leisure fishing. This pool was originally part of Gawsworth Hall estate in the 16th Century, and is now well stocked with Mirror, Common, Ghost and Crucian Carp, Tench, Chub, Barbel, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Perch and Gudgeon. Barbless Hooks. NO BOILIES, N0 Nuts, Peas, Beans etc. Keep Nets may be used with care. NO carp to be put in nets except for Crucian

* Park Pool. - 2 acre pool for Match & leisure fishing. Well stocked with Mirror and Common carp to 20lbs, Crucian Carp, Bream, Barbel, Chub, Roach and Tench. Boilies allowed - NO nuts, peas, Beans Etc. Barbless Hooks

* Wood Pool. - 4 acre specimen water and leisure pool. Mirror and Ghost Carp to 30lbs, Tench to 9lbs, Bream, Barbel, Chub, Roach, Rudd and Perch. Boilies allowed - NO nuts, peas, Beans. Barbless hooks.

My friends were there the other week having a wander, The farmers done alot of shuffling around with his fish according to a local.
Its about time he bought some new stock I'd say.
