Yes they most probably are sick of the requests to stop the night fishing because nothing ever gets done about it.
And yes it would make better sense to allow night fishing on there but i think it is very unlikely that this will happen because stockport federation is run by match anglers & we all know that the majority of match anglers dont like carp anglers
Apparently they are trying to sort it out so night fishing is allowed on there but i cant see it happening any time soon because as you say, the council are useless & stockport fed probably wont even try!

I know what you mean about clubs that are run by a majority of Match Anglers and its just a shame it cant be sorted.
