Exclamation New Venue

Bit of a mess here, i had planned on concentrating on brooksides 30 this year.

Heard alot of bad things and im giving it a miss. now ive got nothing as a back up plan.

Need a new water to concentrate on, aslong as its safe to night on my own, out of the way and away from noddys and skallys. then im happy aslong as theres a couple of 20+ to have a go at.

not bothered about price, size and can travel a bit.

Any ideas fella's?

Thanks in advance, CC

As Chris says really, if you want value for money then it has to be SOTAS; four seperate waters containing thirties for £80 a year and all within an hours drive!

There are plenty of others out there mind, have a look through all the threads I’ve just transferred – there are loads with fish to 30+, it’s more a case of what kind of water you are after?

Give us more info on what you want out of your fishing and we may be able to offer more advice.

preston, not too far away. ill take a look thanks alot!!

Julian, Im not really choosey in my waters as i know its near impossible to get it in the northwest with all these secret squirrels !

A must is safety though, I do most of my nights on my own. And ive already been a victim once before where i was beaten up and tackle stolen, since then ive moved off local waters and seek something really secure and basically out of the way, or with some1 on site at all times.

As far as the fishing goes, aslong as theres some 20+ to catch, even one thats definately in there, then thats fine by me. with a couple of back up doubles etc. i dont really want to sit out the whole year for a couple of fish...yet,

When i catch a few and obviously get a bit of knowledge under my belt, then i intend to sit it out on one of maybe the stoke waters an go for the biggies!!

thanks in advance.
