how do i get the pic nxt to my name and then at the bottom of my reply box? hope ive explained it well enough?

The pic next to your name is an avatar,the one at the bottom is a signature pic.
If you go into User cp on the left hand side of the blue tool bar you can upload pics to your profile as long as they meet the sites size restrictions.
