Just had a quick look Sam and I can do it.
Although I don't know if it will change both your display and "Log-in" name, or just your display name. PM me with everything you're after and I'll sort it out for you mate.

Yes mate click on USER CP in the top left hand corner of your N/M page then click edit avatar and browse your computer for a picture or upload it from a site if you wish. hope this helps.
