Exclamation Help needed!!

Hi all.

Im having a problem - hope one of you technical wizz kids can help me out

I have been scanning images in over the past couple of days and i cant for the life of me manage to get the pictures how i want them.

When scanning the images in all i am getting is a tiny picture in the corner of a big white piece of paper (obviously the size of a 6x4 photograph on an A4 piece of paper) but i cant get the picture to the size i want it. I just want it as a normal size pic what i can put into my album on here??

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

Chris

Hi Mate

I had that problem when i put your last pics up , easly solved tho , left click on your small picture and select the edit button , this will take you into paint , then alls you do is drag a square box around the picture ..this will cut your picture out , once you have cut it out simply left click on the picture again and select the save option , if you have any problems email me the picture and i will see if i can do it for you .

See if theres a setting on your scan software for document size, your scanner will be A4 and by default will be scanning to that size.

Me id just load it into photoshop and crop it

Matt

lucky you bud

our pc wont even run a scanner ... what version of windows you using bud ...
apparently xp scanner drivers are a bit poor to say the least ... we can get a small picture like you were but only by accessing the scanner via the control panel...........the software just wont work at all......
got a load of old photos i would love to post up but this scanner is having none of it ........
