just got back today , no fish but a stunning place to spend the weekend. just to cold i think all the lochs on the way up were solid and on the boat saturday all the fish that showed up on the fishfinder were in at least a 100+feet of water and the temperate really rose above freezing . will defo be going for another crack at it.

Bu99er!

My old man lives on Loch Tay and I've fished it for longer than I can remember - I could have told you all you need to know!

I fished it for Pike a couple of years back from the crannog near the hydro plant. We had one for the trip and a few dropped runs.

You are better being mobile in a boat as it is a big expanse of water but my fathers boat was out of the water at the time.

I take it you stayed at Highland lodges? My dad introduced the owners mate to the Loch and he introduced the owner who set up the Lodges.

If you need any more info please let me know
