Default a few pics from the lake district today.....

not fishing but ive just got back from a winter walk over high street at hauswater, gale force winds and snow at 2800 feet but i managed to get a few nice pics along the way.........

ye it was knee deep in parts but alot of it had melted from earlier this week , they had avalanche warnings out on some mountains up there.

no the big water at the bottom is Haweswater im not sure what the tarn is called...

Haweswater........................used be a good pike water. Now if it contained a few thousand carp mmmmmmmmmmmmmm now that would be a challenge !!

mint pics mate, i got back from the lakes yesterday, last day it snowed typical.. maybe it was for the best tho as the black ice today would have been horrendous!

i had a good it look at it today thinking about going for a weekend pikeing it, didnt know if was any good though, it definatley looks the part.
