Default camera broken

went fishing this weekend to find that when i turn the camera on it comes on but the screens a white and i dunno wots up with it n e of u guys had this happen to you

the same thing happened to me this weekend but i had a fiddle with it when i got home and mine was the battery and now its sorted

I had a similar problem with the LED SCREEN on my old digital camera but jessops wanted more then the camera was worth to repair it

Sounds like the images are corrupted on the card. If you have another card then try starting the camera with it.

Either that or the optic reciever which converts light into pixels.

If another card doesnt work it might be best droping pentax a email
