Nice shots - I've had those four-legged guests inspecting my lines in the water before!

dont talk to me about cows!!!

had them friday night munching on grass, licking my rod and chasing eachother till 4am in the morning

all night was munch munch munch munch, waking up at 1am to land a fish and turn round with head torch on to find a 10 pairs of yellow dots staring back you isnt fun
nice pics though, the 1st one is a corker.. like a sheet of glass

Got the cow situation sorted last time they were bugging me on a water, two banksticks,a couple of stormsticks and a piece of rope that I found lying around..... I roped myself off from the buggers, they were testing my patience licking my new bivvy .Ideally some white tape would have been better as I've been told that they think its electric fencing and stay well away

Cracking top pic mate.Just seeing it has made me decide to pay Bolesworth a visit in the next couple of weeks.I have had a ticket since the start of the year and haven't been on there yet.It looks great.

I am hoping the continual sound of my alarms going off will scare the cows away

That was a camera phone, the Nokia N73. 3.2 mega pixel, damn good for a phone.

Lovely place, and it's nice and easy to get runs on as well, no need for fancy tactics there mate.

You won't break any records, but it's all good fun, I like the place for a nice easy weekend.

I think I know the guys you mean, and I was tempted to phone Liz or Geoff at the time, they are the sort of people who get us all banned from the water for abusing the priviledge of being allowed to fish there.

Yeah apart from that it's a fairly simple water to fish, I've had 18 fish over 5 nights, and 3 of them nights were in Feb/March when it was still cold.
