Does anyone have any old Astbury pics?
Any will do, im interested in how the topography has changed over the years. The sand is constantly reshaping the mere it seems, and id love to see old pics of how it was

ha! having grown up yds from the mere i can actually remember it been like on the pic as i was one of the bathers, may even be on that pic.

yes, apparently it was called "Congleton Beach"
cant see any Donkeys buts its maybe on par with Blackpool for turds!
