NWC Waterscape Image of the Year 2006 - Competition

This competition is for the best waterscape image taken by a NWC member during 2006. Rules;

• The image must have been taken between Jan 1st 2006 – December 31st 2006
• Each entrant can post a maximum of FIVE images
• Please ensure any images shown or linked to on the thread are NO LARGER THAN 500 PIXELS WIDE
• Fish can be from any location, home or abroad
• Image must be taken by yourself.
• Please note that we are looking for the best *image*. By this we don’t mean that it has to be technically perfect, but we are looking for a well proportioned shot that is in focus and is well framed. Ideally it needs to show off what carping is all about, one that really captures the moment
• You can enter any image previously posted on NWC, as long as it meets the above criteria
• Each image submitted needs to have a title and brief text explaining the moment, or explaining why it is special to you – this should be posted directly under the image or within the same post.
• After the comp closes I will appoint impartial judges to pick 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners – all of whom will receive a prize.
• Judges decision will be final.

Please post your entries below – they don’t all need to be on the same post so you have plenty of time to choose your best images from 2006.
