Does anyone have any pitures of fish other than carp that they are proud of.

I have a few but i'll have to go looking.

Here we go,

Weve got:-

1. 81lbs Wells Cat fish
2. 18lbs Sturgeon
3. A16.2 Pike.

All of which i'm very happy with .

Just wish that i could add a Massssive Perch to my collection

I've got a couple to show you,

8lb 4oz tench,the teddies in Dod are mahoosive

3lb 4oz well I think its a crucian,but i'm not sure what do you think?It was a proper old warrior,it had a few snails livin on it.

I caught a chub from the swamp a few years back
I'd like a nice cat and there's a few at my syndicate so you never know

Thats anther target for me this year to. A big tinca. 8/9 lbs+

I also want a double figure bream (Just one though!!)

Thats a right old looking cruie, One you know would have a storey or two to tell!!!

My best bream went to 16lb get urself a Dodd ticket there's plenty of binlids in.

No sorry lost 4 ever ,important note to all remember to back up your pics regulary.I ad one of 14 lb on the same session, from the edge of the woods on 2 pieces of popped up plastic corn over a scattering of hemp.My landing net broke before I managed to get rid of the smell

There'z big pike in aswell,one guy ad a 28lber off last year,he's my peeps insurance man,he spotted a picture of me on the wall,with a carp from Dodd and recognised me from the bank.Its a small world eh?

I know what you mean about losing pics. I lost the pics of every carp out of Capes last year except the one at the start of this thread

I was gutted.

Bet, those are cracking fish, and I'd put my money on that being a true crucian. Lovely fish.

Had this 9lb 7oz PB barbel back end of last year hoping my winter target of a double is realised early next week



Would be nice to bag a big tench and crucian on purpose as well

nice fish ,I'v never caught a barbel ,I used to fish the river dove at congeleton with my dad when I was a little un,I'd read that theres supposed to be a few in now but I dunno how true it is.Do they fight well?

Yes the certainly pull a bit, just don't give up from start to finish especially so when the river is in flood, had a couple out when i had to use 6oz of lead to hold bottom for longer than 10mins

Nice fish John, I presume the water being the one, which has a certain river flowing it where I had my PB Pike?
