bad luck

right then guy's i'll go first who else here seems to get a proper bad run of luck.
last week had all my fishing kit robbed (gutted)
yesterday got ran over by a car in works car park & he got off quick(wa**** me not getting reg)
work saying not a work accident so if i go on sick loose 150 quid a week (could get some new gear)
life is just so good at time's eh guy's & gal's

yeh there is mate but they reckon they wernt working (yeah right) the damage wasnt to my car mate it was ME he hit and buggerd off.

Id borrow some gear and get fishing this weekend. Ur either gunna fall in and then everyones gunna say it always happens in 3's or more than likely your lucks gotta change mate. Fingers crossed your gunna get a 30 and then all whats happened lately will hopefully be forgotten...

Isnt it classed as a work related injury if you are travelling to or from your place of work at an appropriate time
EG half an hour before your due to start and half an hour after or something like that .Not got a union at your place baz if your not a member of a union go see a solicitor wont cost you nothing for the 1st appointment also it happend in a car park belonging to your works 3rd party liability may come into it as you got injured on there property after finishing your shift.
Get yourself to a brief there may be a big fat claim there for you.

If you got the make/model/colour of the t**t, go get a crime number. I realise the cops are not everyones first choice, but report it and get the number. That little slip of paper could be worth thousands in the future m8 And it sounds like you could do with that at the mo.
Make sure you watch the footy tonight, someone "stumbled" past birmingham last night and you might wanna see the goals

hi guy's thanks for your answers and concern's ,i felt crippled yesterday but loving tender care off wife and today i feel ok-ish few pains but no way its gonna get me down,after all still got my wife 2 great lads and my house,what more could i want( except my fishing stuff,which i'm going to fosters of birmingham on saturday should get it not long after).
i am in a union mate t&g there crap mate, no power no more, if company sais jump they say how high, they said the company isnt liable for people driving in the car park and as i never got his reg the police would'nt be able to do nothing as i work at a car factory and we all have the same cars.
anyway as i said i'm not gonna let it get to me just looking forward to going to get my stuff back ( be like a dog with two di**'s) most of it will be upgraded as i have new for old (come on god bless insurance) and just talked mrs into getting a rotty after the summer holidays so my gear is going to be kept in spare room nice to know if theifing scum get in the rotty will hopefully rip them apart(arh it's a shame).(have to put the boot in aswell)..
