hi guy's it's 03.52 and cant sleep still, up at 05.15 for work gonna be proper knackerd later thats what 3 shifts do to you. any one the same..

I'm rarely in bed b4 2am and if my hubs on nights sometimes I don't get to sleep at all.I'll just listen to my mp3 or sit at the tinternet. I get most zzzz's when i'm on the bank during the winter,the nights just seem to go on for ever and ever ...........it does my nut in.I think I may be a tad hyperactive

there'd be a shortage of fishing rods <*))))><.

i've not been sleeping right since i stopped the fags 15 days ago, i've been up most mornings around three, wide awake club!

i can sleep on a washing line!it has been known for me have a half hour kip at lunch break! the only time i sleep light is when night fishing

I only have about 5-6 hours a night have done for the last six years i'm a night owl me! Can't go to bed before twelve its against my religion!
