Personally a few of the British feathered things would be my favourate

1) Wrens- Brilliant little creatures
2) Bullfinch- Look great, really bright colours
3) Magpie- Great to watch, just can't avoid trouble
4) Long Tailed Tits- Its great watching a group of them come past when fishing

Other than that, a few british mammals are great to watch

5) Grey Squirrel- Love the way the hang onto tree's looking for food
6) Water Vole- Not many about these day and most people who see them think they are a rat
