Maybe not but they passed the last reduction on, here's hoping. There was something on the radio earlier about them doing the same again???

BTW petrol down to 92.9p litre at Morrisons, not sure if anywhere else has followed suit yet, think ASDA may have???

BBC NEWS | Business | Lenders heed calls for rate cuts

I managed (after a lot of hassle) to re-mortgage to a tracker linked to the Bank of England Base Rate about a month ago - like you say, others on fixed rates will not be so happy.

I'd seen something along these lines earlier on today (yesterday). I'll be one of the lucky ones as mine's with the Nationwide... Thanks for the link though.

Let's just hope it's not the calm before the storm.
