I really do wonder which PSYCHO had the bright idea to let someone with that name be in charge of anything to do with knives .

31yr old father of 3 was stabbed in Bolton on a night out over the weekend. Yet another waste of life, and 3 kids who will never see dad again.

Probably pumped up on coke and lager no doubt, itching for a fight and, unfortunately, Paul Gilligan was in the wrong place at the wrong time.


Told my Mrs this morning, i'm glad I decide not to go out round town anymore, you just never know if it's you going to be next

The Police need to use their powers of Stop and Search more but to do that they need to get off their ar**s, get out of their nice comfortable cars and spend time on the beat. I think the time has now arrived for High Profile Policing and a Full on Zero Tolerance Policy as you can appoint as many Knife Crime Tsars as you want but its just Hot Air unless they are out on the Streets every night of the week in Every town in Britain.

Just my personal opinion but i think they should double the time spent holidaying at her majesty's pleasure for carrying a gun and up the punishment for carrying a knife to what it was for carrying a gun about 2 years minimum .
They are closing down old army barracks these days already have a big fence or wall round em even get the ARMY TO STAFF THEM AND PUT ALLTHE CONVICTED UNDER MILITARY LAW. No not put em in the army just put em under military or marshall law so civilian law has f**k all to do with them once convicted . No appeals no mamby pamby open nicks like Kirkham or Sudbury no serve half etc etc

the latest idea from the government is , instead of sentencing these tools who carry knives to a stretch inside where they belong, they want to take them to see the victims of knife crime in hospitals, what bloody use is that? it would just be something else to brag to their mates about when they've finished comparing ASBO's (asbo's were a stupid idea as well)

ive done the same m8 prefer a quiet night round at someone elses house few beers and a chinese and a good laff

It's fceckin mad isn't it. Can you imagine the scenario, your the victim of a knife attack, lying there in hospital in god knows how much pain, distraught family etc, the last thing I'd want is some fceckin' 5 stone little 'bottom of the food chain' peasant, draggin' his sorry @sre away from his hovel of a home, and coming to even attempt to talk to me in hospital, as I lie there in agony! I swear to god he'd soon be in the next bed along with strangulation wounds the moment his probation officer takes their eyes of him to check the health and safety risk of the surrounding environment!

I can only assume the victim has to agree to these proposed visits... I can't see it being to successful TBH.

13 year olds carring a Heckler & Koch 9mm to school . The news papers may read

'13 lie dead after playground football supporters argument'

Today at one of the capitals largest comprehensive schoools a simple floristry argument boiled over into violence leaving 13 dead and 27 wounded after flower arranging disagreement caused guns to be drawn.
9 of the dead and all the wounded were innocent diners simply eating lunch in the school canteen

it would just be the same here ..... lucky for us we dont have gun shops on every corner ...........

typical response from the goverment ... they should bang them up not take them to meet there victims.. what a laugh... its a joke .... like someone else said they should put them in the old army camps and stuff keep them away from normal people

an angler here in runcorn got beat and thrown in the canal recently .. lucky for him a dog walker seen his hand sticking out of the water ....

Cracking idea mate - i'll be around in 20 mins - Curry Centre, on Egerton Street, is doing half price curries on a tuesday nite.

It's a sad world we live in today, I often ask just where and when will it all end. I hate the kids being out of eyesight for one minute, thats why i've bought em a bloody great trampoline for the back garden, at least they are safe there.
