Ebay mate thousands of em £1.99 for 10 plus 99p postage [
Alternativly you could always write to Chester zoo for a donation im sure they could sort you with some quills the porcupines naturally shed

Or do the John Wilson method of making your own, with feathers on banks and in margins..etc.

I love the natural cokloured ones, and fish them with a single swan shot near the hook to fish the Lift Method. The advantage of this being; if fish feed on the surface, you can quickly take off the shot and you have a surface rig with indicator that blends in like a stick.

Talking about the good old porcupine quill back in the 70s and early 80s there used to be a guy (cant remember his name ) who used to fish Capesthorne off the dam as far round as you can go opposite and just to the right of where the strem flows out of Capesthorne main near the old boat house he used to fish for carp using 2 rods both float fished with porcupine quills for floats and they used to be placed abou 6 inches to a foot apart how he used to manage to get em that close and right on the line where the rhodies met the water this was in the days b4 line clips were fitted on reels .Ask Liz about him next time you see her she will remember his name never saw him catch anything barring a big roach and a bream though.
