Default Light Spinning Rod

I'm after a light spinning rod that I could use for targeting perch. Dont want to spend much (only £20 or so) as probably wont actually use it that much!! Just wondering if anyone could reccomend a half decent rod around this price?

Cheers.

For that money, if you can get it, I'd go for the Telescopic Shimano Catana. OK its a telescopic, but has all the characterists of a normal rod. I bought mine for £22 a cuple of years ago, and have used it for all kinds of fishing, in fact - very little lure fishing, LOL. Great rod, would fully recommend it to anyone.
