can anyone reccomend a good day ticket venue with a decent head of bream and course fish thanks

Could try Brereton mate, there used to be decent head of bream in there in the late 90's when I used to fish it. I think you can buy day tickets still off the bailiff, even tho the rights are still with Wheelock.

Poynton pool i think still has a good head of Snotty bait thieves is Shakerley still a day ticket even though on the Lymm card or Lymm dam that also had a good head of Snottys

Shakerley day tickets are available on the bank

think we will try the dam, forgot about that and it's on me doorstep, how can i forget the amount of bream i had from there the last time i carp fished it a was plauged by the snotty buggers

shakerly is day ticket (£3.00 per rod per day). Full of good bream that love pellets. I've caught loads using bags designed for carp.

if ya just after the bream theres a place between leigh n wigan called bickershaw higher hall flash u can geta day ticket for £2.50 there loads of big slabs in there not much else in the way of other course fish apart from carp

been fishing days on chorlton with the old tip rod and 6lb line, had 10 bream between 7lb and 10lb fishing a small in line method feeder and simple mono rig with hair rigged corn. planning a day on lymm now it's open

Nice one Andy, suprised you didn't get any carp in with that lot mate.

Good luck on Lymm dam, drove past it yesterday, the waters quite high and very coloured at the moment.
