Default New Fish for Knypersley Res.

Just to let anyone who's interested know, British Waterways has stocked £10000 worth of roach, bream and rudd into Knype to replace the fish removed by cormorants during the recent work that took place.

fish went in in the majority 4-6'' but about 20% were near the pound bracket including some of the roach. I'll whip some of the photo's on the VBAS web site later this week.

No cages mate, but the problem wasn't naturel cormorant damage, because British Waterways dropped the level by 30ft plus to repair the dam. The cormorants then hit Knype while it was only a small percentage of its usual self. Now its full again, the cormorants struggle to take anything.
