Any good pike venues around?

Dont want nothing big or nothing hard! Its going to be my first ever piking trip.

All im looking for is a good stocking, fair few doubles which arnt rare and arnt too hard to catch!

Preferably day or cheap season ticket. Dont mind driving?

Any help much appreciated.

If you are a SOTAS member then Capes main lake if your not then try rudyard thats day ticket or coombs thats free

Smiths in bolton has a lot of single figure pike in it as does the bolton canal, in fact most canals offer pike into double figures

depending where abouts in the north west you live , Rudyard is definetly worth a bash mate
