Default Pike fishing... anyone tried this?

Spraying deadbaits with WD40?

Only ever heard of it once and was just wondering if it's common practice. The results were quite convincing.

i have heard of this and also heard it can be effective , its a chemical so could it be harmful to the fish ?

Thought WD40 was based on vegetabe oil??? Can't be certain to tell the truth.

to be honest mate ive never heard of that, wouldnt feel confident doing it either, have had good results with injecting salmon oil into the deadbait though

in my pike fishing days some people used it but i personaly never i just used the fish oils and capsuels

people used to spray there pellets with it in back in my match fishing days and it then got band for obvious reasons..

i,ve heard of this,but never tried it just in case it is harmful to the fish.a new one doing the rounds at the moment is soaking your baits in red bull,supposed to produce
