Always used to do well on the van den enyde stuff cant remember which one though... used to bulk it out with brown crumb add some corn, maggots and sometimes some hemp.I would probably now add some small halibuts and mollasses.

Rig wise I would go for an open ended feeder fished paternoster style with a 4 turn water knot with 4lb main 2-3lb bottom.
Happy hauling

didnt know that but I have just done a google and they still do groundbaits, I would just use the Bream one but the other mixes will probably work just as well

Just had another search around, the one I used to use was 'Secret'

I'd go for a quality groundbait (Sensas Bream, Van den Enynde Secret/Magic etc.). As stated above, bulking up with a bit of brown crumb helps keep the cost down. Fishmeal based groundbaits and pellets can also work well on venues that see lots of pellets going in.

When adding liquid try emptying the water from a can of corn, mixing with some mollasses (a superb bream additive) and then mixing away with sufficient lake water to get the correct mix.

Just to prove this works, here's a snapshot from last week!

Mike.
