like what for instance.use this rig alot, long shank hooks with a piece of shrink tubing over the eye of the hook steamed to a 45 degree angle.as for the rig that a few of you are calling that originates back to the 80`s maybe earlier.just an updated version of the confidence rig

Default blow back

I prefer to use a blow back element using shrink tube Frank Warwick style.I think Lyndon means the bait may sit wrong with the ring type blow back, but as far as I know really the only way the rig will be rendered useless is if you use too big a ring that will go over the hook eye if tampered with eg a tench or bream playing with the bait.So long as you use the right size ring bobs your uncle....trust incognito...

the type im on bout is similar to a D rig but with the bait attached to a ring, noticed when playin bout with it the ring could end up by the eye of the hook. purposes ill just have to try an see.

There's a way around everything ... if you use your loaf

And you don't even need to break the rules ...
