Default knots

when spodding danny fairbrass uses a four turn water knot to attach 20lb whiplash to 30lb arma korda has anybody else used the same knot for spodding.

Default water knot

Cant see why not to use it its a good knot.I used to use it when feeder fishing for Bream Also used it to create a paternoster when fishing in silt for carp worked a treat.I would be happy to use it for spodding and leaders especially braid to braid

yes its spot on ,never let me down,tidy little knot.........but only used it with mono
