i no that earlier posts of mine cause offence including ones that have been deleated before anybody can read them i understand this, i read all of the rules to posting yesterday and noticed that anything with racial,drug,or breaking club rules related items in it should not be put up as the forum is for all ages. well at the min one thread has the word pakistani cut down to 5 letters the word skunk is in another thread and on the poynton thread it blatenly says get on there tonight it looks good for it when there is no night fishing on any stockport fed waters, i am not doing this to cause trouble just pointing something out. sorry if this ****es anybody off but rules are rules in my eyes and not one for one and another for another. and before anybody picks me up on anything i have broken rules in the past and learnt my lesson from them i aint no saint

yep, they are the site rules not seen any of these myself andy but if you post the url of the threads on here i'll deal with them, i'd go looking for them myself but i don't have the time as i'm in work at the moment

I think nearly every thread will end up getting shut down if that is the case with stupid posts ,pics,etc.I would say there has to be a certain amount of freedom of speech as long as people are not offending people, race etc..

The way i look at it is that if you wouldn't say it to someone face in a pub then don't say it on the tinterweb... the publicity rules are there for a reason to as the site can get into trouble and that goes for piracy too... i know i am not the most well behaved on this site but i do watch what is said in relation to not offending anyone and is all said in jest... if you meet me im a cheeky bugger in real life but i know when i have crosed the line....

Despite being my fave site I think the moderators on here are a bit over sensitive. I've seen warnings dished out for posts on killing rats for Christ's sake

I imagine you spend hours every day thinking of positive ways to help the forum along.

What saddens me the most is that after all the previous warnings you have had for deleted posts and content, only now have you decided to read the rules - I guess this sums up the whole sorry situation.

With over seventy three thousand posts on the forum to date, if the best you can come up with is three posts that have slipped the net, then I'd say that shows what a fantastic job the moderating team do, and thanks to your post I shall be buying them all one extra beer come Christmas for their continued efforts to keep the site clean and freely available to anglers of all ages.

As has been said, if you can pm us with the posts that have upset you, we will do our best to remove them asap.

I'm offended this post was headed 'please read'!

I feel absolutely wounded that I will never get back the 40 seconds I have just wasted of my life reading that!
Any chance of a picture instead, rumour has it they paint a thousand words!
And it only takes 2 seconds to glance at it before I realise it's a load of cr4p!
