Default Astbury

Had a walk around astbury this afternoon. To say it was packed was an understatement. There was a cold n/w wind starting to blow but there were still fish showing if you looked. Talked to one or two of the guys - met phil (in the flesh as it were - seems like a great guy). The good thing about the afternoon was that almost all the guys I talked to were prepared to pass on some of thier knowledge and give pointers on how to fish astbury. I have to say however the most common comment was how difficult a water it can be.
Think I shall wait until the rush ends and then might give it a try. Perhaps 2007 challange
