Default Spooling fluorocarbon

I have just bought some big carp tigerline fluorocarbon line and was just wondering how everybody spools there line. It's the first time I have bought fluorocarbon but with normal mono lines I usually soak it in water before spoiling any tips or advice would be much appreciated cheers

Hi mate.

I asked the same question when I first brought new line and was told to put it in the washing up bowl with warm water in and spooled it on from there.

So reckon your on the right lines with what u said.

Flouro doesn't absorb water like mono so I wouldn't bother soaking it. Just lay it flat and start reeling through the first eye on your rod, if it starts to twist turn the spool over......
