SOTAS only have 2 waters which are barbless hooks only and they are Capesthorne stock pond and Fanshawe

I think a lot of clubs are coming round to the idea that barbless can cause a lot of damage. It took some hard work 5 years ago to convince the rest of the VBAS committee as the argument is not simple to explain to people using small hooks all the time (rest bof committee are match style anglers), but i did get the message accross and we've left it to the anglers discretion. Having said that, I think Yateley (or one of the bigger angling complex's) have a rule of barbed hooks only.
